FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS
Here is the way I go about getting the low priced stock picks.
I take a number of different services (not newsletters)
that have different ways to rate low priced stocks
and 99% of the stock picks come from the research from those services.I also take alot of low priced stock newsletters
and if I see a stock that looks good
or a stock that is in a number of newsletters
then I check it out to see if it is any good.I run the stocks thru a number of
places I do research on Low Priced Stocks.More often than not the stocks other newsletters are recommending
don't test out to well as far a value goes so
even if it is highly recommended by them
I often drop it right when I see the ratings.So what I am do is search thru as many resources as I can
to find the low priced stocks with the best fundamentals
TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Then I look at the chart and see if it looks technically strong.
Normally we want to buy a stock that is moving up
because a stock moving higher tends to continue higher.Another thing is if a stock is at an all time new high
that is extremely bullish because everyone who has bought
is at a profit and they are more likely to hold for more profit
which gives the stock strong support as the current holders won't panic out of the stock.This is one area were low priced stocks shine because it is alot easier
finding a low priced stock breaking ou to new all time highs
than it would be to find an older established company.
JUST A GUT FEELING
I have been buying low priced stocks since 1980
and most of the time the best stocks
you just have a good feeling for right from the start.When you take a number of stocks and go over the charts and fundamentals
usually there is one that sticks out from the start
then when I keep going over the charts and fundamentals
if the same stock keeps looking good everytime
or basically sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the other stocks
that is normally going to be the stock to go with.
YOU MAKE THE CALL
Of course the final decision is always yours.
So you can take my list of stocks
and do your own researh
and you will usually get a good feeling about one or a few of the stocks.And then when you feel good about a stock - thats the one to buy.
