HERE'S A TRADE FOR TUESDAY 05/27/08

I put out the below trade earlier
and it is still a good trade to take
as far as I can see.

When I put the trade out I knew IBM
might have a little more upside left.

It's hard to hit these things perfectly.

But if IBM fall from here as expected
it should move sharply lower
and this little bit of upside will be meaningless.

Buy 1 October IBM 120.00 strike price put option,
at the market - which should cost around $600.00.

We are trying to catch the top in IBM
using classic divergence analysis.

The monthly, weekly and daily charts
are all making a bearish divergence
while IBM is at a MAJOR resistence area.

That all adds up to a good try to go short.

If you want to pay less for your put
you can go down in strike prices
and find an amount you are willing to risk.
